Electrolux — Please don't buy Electrolux

I purchased Electrolux washing machine through Shubham Electronic Shoppe, Bangalore on 14/11/2012. The problem started after 6 months. The technisian has visited my hourse atlease 10 times without any resolution. The washing machines make loud noise which is not resolved even after 10 visits of the technician. I have called up the customer service care number and taken the ASM for Bangalore. I believe his name is Pasha. He told me that he will give me a call back with in an hour and I am waiting like a fool for his call for past 2 days.



The Electrolux customer care people do not have no ethics to even repair the product which is under warrenty. If you would like to buy maching machine..please do not buy Electrolux as they will not listen to you or repair it. Please feel free to contact me for any clarification +91-[protected].
