Electrolux — Poor service regarding repair of my washing machine.

Very poor and irritating service. Never to prefer electrolux products. The worst in the country!!!
There was problem with the water pipe of my washing machine. I called the service centre and a person named vinod came and he took out the part..Leaving my machine in an open state. He showed no signs of return. Since then i have been calling and calling in the service centre but no response from there side. The procudure continued for a month. But now a person named pawan gupta (Mob- [protected]) has been calling since past a week that he wud come and reinstall the component. Everyday i keep on waiting, but all in vain. Till now no one has turned up. I kept on calling and calling but the customer care executives just kept it delaying saying that it would be installed the next day.
I am very much agitated with the response and service. I want strict action to be taken against the concerned authorities, else i would be forced to take the help of the consumer court.
