Electrolux — Poor Services by Electrolux | |||
I had given a service request on Electrolux on 19th June, 2014 and the engineer came on the same day. He told me that problem was with the compressor and it is required to be changed. He took an advance payment(Rs. 1480/=) from me and told me that the compressor was in warranty and i have to pay him for gas, service and some other charges. He told me to come back within 48 working hours to do the service but its 26th today and i am waiting for him to come. Such a poor service this is from Electrolux and now i feel like mistaken taking an Electrolux Product!!
