The technicial from your local franchise reports on 07/06/2014
He declares that the compressor of fridge has knowked off hence needs to be relaced.
A token amount of 1000/- is taken by him for compressor to be brought from the store
The compressor installed is of lower capacity suitable for 165 ltr. Fridge.
When confromnted the service center he refused to accept his foly and blames on company saying this is what is supplied by company
Elkw[protected] is second complaint lodged.
The technician comes see compressor is under sized installs a new compressor which
Is making lot of noise seems to be refurbished compressor
Elkw[protected] is third complaint lodged after speaking to prabhu srivastava.
The techician comes changes the relay and starts the fridge but for noise in the compressor regerts his inability since the compressor in itself was making so much noise that needs to be changed but he has no power.
I have been constantly being trying to press the point that if compressor is not faulty please see to it that it does not make noise or otherwise change the compressor.
Since your service people have already taken the full money in advance along with old compressor they are leat bothered to attent to my compalint.
Since i have given this complaint to the company it is the duty of company that coustomer do not suffer in hand of thier service franchaisee
You are requested to take stern action in this regard
