[Resolved] Electrolux Split AC — Too worst service | |||
The complaint number (EHYD[protected]) registered with the customer care on July 5th 2014. As per technician the capacitor has failed. They said they will change it with in 4-5 days. Still today they not cleared the issue. 26 th July one person called and he wants to attend the problem, that time we were out side the house because of 30 minutes prior call. All the times they were simply saying that customer was not responding for the calls properly. By saying same reason the prior complaint was cancelled on approximately 7 days before i.e last week of June 2014. Claiming bigger companies giving too worst service for the customers.
