Electrolux — Worst customer care service | |||
I bought a microwave on 11.11.12. In march 2014 it stopped heating. I wrote a complaint about it and got a call from some vendor of electrolux They visited and said that some component would change. Since it is under warranty it will be replaced free of cost. I did not have the document so the fellow said he would come again After sometime i got a message that your call has been cancelled. Visit 2 - i wrote a complaint again and someone else visited the place and took the copy of the invoice for the records Then i got a message your call has been cancelled Visit 3 - i wrote them another email and now i am getting calls from them that you are supposed to pay the visiting charges first. My point is there is no written document or something which i could see what are the charges to be paid. The second person who visited didnt ask for any visiting charge. Some 3rd person who visited ask that first pay the charge then only it would be replaced. My concern is whats the guarantee that these people are authorized from electrolux??? I HAVE BEEN JUST BOUNCING LIKE A FOOT BALL TO GET A SIMPLE THING DONE. ITS MORE THAN A MONTH AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.
