We had purchase a fridge on 25 oct 2013 from your dealer Chawla Electroncis (REGD[protected], Netaji Subhash Marg, Darya ganj, New Delhi. As per invoice number 3541 dated 25 oct 2013 Electrolux REF 294.The door of the fridge has been continously giving a problem on 2 occasions the engineer had come to fix up the issue but the problem still persists. The door is not able to close properly as it is still less than one year from purchase either have this issue rectified permanently or replace the fridge. This whole issue is causing a lot of inconvinence to us.
In response i ahve recieved an auto generated email-

Our Engineer will visit your place within 48 hours and he will call you before the visit.
In case there is any further assistance required, please feel comfortable to revert to us.
