Electrolux Air Conditioner (Split AC) — Very poor service | |||
We have purchased an Electolux split AC from TMC Kukatpally Hyderabad on 30th March 2013 and the Showroom has promised that product will be delivered and installation will be done with in 48 hours of payment but till today installation was not done and every day i used to call the TMC showroom for more than 15 times and every time they used to tell me that at any cost installation will be done by end of the day. Till today (5th April 2013) they repeated the same story and installation not done yet. They tortured me a lot for this whole week by not providing the service they promised for. It is my kind request to lodge a complaint against TMC showroom and Electrolux company. Kindly do me a favour by taking proper action against those companies. Was this information helpful? | |||

Electrolux AC — VERY POOR SERVICE
My electrolux Ac failed to start on 8 /sept/ 2010 I made a complaint to my service center on 10 sept 2010 .One service person came and told that panel is not working .Now beside repeated reminders no one had bothered to rectify it .It had caused me a great pphysical and mental agony
