I purchased a microoven on 10 Nov 2012, which was delivered by M/s EValue, Opposite Gymkhana, Pinto Arcade, Campal, Panaji, Goa which was delivered on 11 Nov 2012. It was installed by engineer on 12 Nov 2012 and he notice that base wheel is missing. Same day evening I complaint to dealer and he promised me to procure same and to call me. After 03 days the microoven starting giving a harsh sound. I complaint to dealer on No [protected], he gave me service centre No [protected] which I called for last one week but no one came to repair it I also told same to dealer again. I also lodge complaint in customer care, the intimated me vide email from [protected]@ifbglobal on 04 Dec that my complaint No is 10276710 and will be solve by two days but not solved till date Was this information helpful? |
