I had ordered a micromax a116 phone online on kaunsa.com - order id - ka/138806/fsy5tb0q on 23rd june 2013.
I had paid in advance - through credit card. After repeated reminders and pleadings, the phone was finally delivered on 16th july 2013.
Below is the condition of the phone -
It is defective - cannot switch it on.
The seal of the phone's box was already broken
The micromax office has confirmed that that instrument had been in use and activated on 17th april 2013 - almost 3 months before it was delivered to me.
On contacting the kaunsa team, the response has been lukewarm to say the least. They seem disinterested and are still "following up" with the so called fraud seller.
They are not ready to start the refund process - even after requesting for it repeatedly. Over the past three days , i have sent countless emails and tried to get in touch dozens of times on the customer care.
An utterly unbelievable e commerce website - my money is blocked and i do not know how to get these people to process the refund.
Feel absolutely cheated.
