* Installation of kitchen chimney was not done until repeated calls. * After which our query was answered after 6 days from the date of purchase. * Service person charged excess amount excluding the service charges. * Even though alternate solution was available it was not sought after by the service person. * Poor response in attending the nature of complaint.
