[Resolved]  Elica — chimney not functioning

On 23/12/2014 I had purchase ELICA Glaze LTW 60 Slim Ele Turbo LED Chimney from M/s. Alu Glass Electronics, 49, Barnaby Road, Kilpauk, Chennai 600010 vide their Invoice No.CBV-013/14-15 nearly before 45 days it stopped functioning. I had made complaint. Your mechanic visited before one month and told us that mother board has gone, it is to be replaced. But till date no one has turned up with new mother board. Nearly 10 times I telephoned to your toll free number every time the answer I get is mother board is dispatched from Pune office and within 2 days sit will be replaced. But nothing has been done till date.Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful immediately.If complaint is not cleared by 11/05/2015 I will be forced to go to Consumer Court.
