They have delivered a defective product, which they initially denied to fix, after persistent follow up their technician visited and tried to fix the issue with multiple part changes but the issue has not been resolved. Now they want to take my product to their laboratory for conducting quality tests. This is highly unacceptable that my brand new product is taken back to their quality department for experimental testing.
My request is to replace the product.
