244848 - Ticket closed without work.
253827 - While inquiring on the ticket 244848 they said this has been closed. Insisted to reopen the ticket. But they opened one more 253827 . Before this a service person came to my place and took the faulty device stating he will send the parts to Pune and you will get a replacement. Product is on warranty and i have provided all the documents. This has already been 1 month. I am tired of following up to customer care and the service engineer.

Are you going to expand the warranty duration? i have not purchased this just to hang in Kitchen.

Elica India Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Sincere apologies for the Inconvenience caused. With reference to our communication please send us the exact model name of the product as motor has to replace of the product. If the same motor is available with us in Bangalore we will replace the spares immediately if not we will have send the spares from HO Pune it will take minimum 3-4 working days time to resolve the issue.Be assured Sir your issue will be definitely resolved after replacing the motor.
