I had requested installation of elica chimney on 20th March my complaint number is 313193 I got no response from anyone since then I have called up 3-4 times but there is no response from the executive.. it's been a week now.. Mr binayak took responsibility to revert back and send the executive but still no one has come.. if during installation they are not bothered then how will they be of any help to me after that..

I have newly purchased elica hob recently in the month of January. Now from past two weeks ignition switches are not working.Auto ignition is stopped and main power gets tripped if gas power switch is on.
Please check the issue with high priority.
