I have placed a burner issue request with Elica team. Initially a technician came, got his service fees from us and left stating that the burners are going to get replaced. Now its been 15 days almost but i am getting no response from technician as well as customer service agents. I again called 2-3 days back and one CC Agent informed that product has been dispatched on 26th december, now again I called n Some Vishakha, another CC agent told me that she doesnt have any information. She didnt even listened to full issue. She was least bothered about anything on call. I have a patient at home who needs home cooked food but I am not able to cook anything on it. Nobody starting from CC agents to technicians like Shariq, Shubham and then Stock holder Deepak has any information about the issue. Kindly check the status of the complaint and revert ASAP.
