[Resolved] Elica — installation is pending

I have bought a chimney from snapdeal which delivered at 1st of november 2017. I called elica customer care [protected]. But till date no any technitians visited for installation. Snapdeal is not returned product & elica is not instaling product. I have trapped badly between these worst companies. Please help me out this.

Elica India Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Your complaint was tagged on 2nd Nov and as you said you would call back for installation, we did not arrange technician during that time. Again, when the installation request was raised on 30th Nov, we arranged technician from Pune to complete installation at your place. As per the discussion on phone, you were informed that elica does not provide for civil work at customer’s place. It is expected from customer’s side. You even agreed that you will get the product installed from Nagpur technician who will arrange for installation and hole cutting. Kindly wait until Tuesday, we will send technician to complete your work.
