[Resolved] Elica — installation is pending more than 1 month

I have bought a chimney from snapdeal which delivered at 1st of november 2017. I called elica customer care [protected]. But till date no any technitians visited for installation. Snapdeal is not returned product & elica is not instaling product. I have trapped badly between these worst companies. Please help me out this.

Elica is so shamless after complaining so many time by phone and portal still they are not installing chimney. Anybody in forum kindly suggest how can i take legal action against this fraudster company to doing false promises last one month.

Updated by avadhesh18 As you committed to send technician but today s date also gone no one is come for installation neither call me for delay. After one month you wake up and told you will resolve this issue and you are resolving like this.Have you ever seen any reputed company do like this, no installation after one month is passed? And continuously telling lie technician will come, have you any shame or not?
