[Resolved] Elica — knob/knob wiring is burnt from inside | |||
I am using built in hub. When I turned on the gas, The knob was found surrounded by black fog. It was smelling burnt. The burning smell and black fog indicated something serious! May be the wire inside that knob was burnt. Please look at the issue asap. Though I am calling from yesterday, no response from your bad. This is the worst customer service I ever had. No one is looking forward to sort out the issue, though i have talked with few of elica service centers located nearby. Need a visit of your person immideately. Was this information helpful? | |||
