[Resolved] Elica — Pathetic Service after Sales, Dont go | |
CRM Id : 99_2028400 I have purchased Elica 4 burner Hob (Flexi 470 DX) and the chimney. Hob having the issue with the one of the burner, even after switching off the knob, gas is getting leaked from the burner. I have raised complaint on the 2nd Sept. It's been 20 days, till now no one visited. Whenever I called customer service, getting same answer "Sorry sir, will escalate the issue and will arrange the technician by tomorrow". Till now not faced this type of worst and pathetic service from any of the company. I strongly recommend don't go for Elica products, even if they offer free product also don't take it.
