I Bought ELICA Product Model : AQUA PLUS 60 LTW
1. After purchase product and Elica service engineer came for installation, I paid installation charges also, We are not aware of removing top cover sticker . We are keep using past 3 years, But Company engineer not removed the sticker till now, we try to remove the sticker from our side, but its not possible. We again compliant to elica call centre but they send new service provider to check sticker are removed or not and agreed elica its mistaken by service engineer, But they said not possible to remove the sticker only changing the cover. I said its purely mistaken happened due to unskilled engineer. Now they are demanding money pay for changing the cover. Company need to solve without charging cost.
I need solution for replacement of changing the product, This ugly stickers
Spoiling entire house look, Whenever entering to kitchen mentally getting
Effected .
Note : Service people's first preference for money over rides customer satisfaction
which comes secondary.
