The incident happened on 21st of March morning on the festival day. All of a sudden cooktop glass broke. I immediately called and informed the dealer(Elica kichen needs, yelahanka) and he took almost 2-3weeks to send someone to pick the item for servicing. Later the servicing people were calling and complaining that we have purposefully broke the glass. still I am getting same response from all the people in elica service centre.

Right now i have traveled abroad due to official purpose and It would take another couple of months for me to return. My In laws are contacting the dealer about the issue, he is rude and doesn't behave well with the elders.
This medium I am hoping to get the issue solved.
