[Resolved] Elica — sub-standard cooking hob provided by the company

In less than a year of purchase and installation, with nothing done to it, the glass hob has crumbled to pieces on it. Thank god no one was around, else there could have been several injuries as well.

It is hard to imagine that a company with an international brand reputation can sell such substandard products. However, it seems that elica has been selling this substandard product to a whole bunch of people in india, judging by the sheer number of online complaints against this particular product in question.

Updated by M S Pathania Company is lying. Ask them to submit the document or proof of glass replacement. Today at 1445 hrs your one more technician made a visit to check the broken glass.
