Elica — Wrong product delivered

I had placed an ordered for 3 burner elica hob, but the product received was 4 burner which does not fit my requirement. Since i was waiting for the installation team, i did not open the pack till date. meantime the return date got over, but when opened today its a wrong product i received. I would like to get this informed to the seller and get a replacement. Please help on this.
