I write to bring to your attention a fraudulent incident committed by one of your representatives, Anurag, from the calling department (Phone Number Ending With 735). Anurag initially offered me his services at an annual charge of 72000 and promised me a three-day demo session. Regrettably, on the first day of the demo, he requested a registration fee of Rs. 3500. After payment, I incurred a profit of Rs. 1200 and a loss of Rs. 7000. The following day, Anurag demanded an additional fee of 12500 or threatened not to provide me with further option calls. When I inquired about the previous registration fee, he dismissed it as insignificant. Succumbing to his demands, I paid 12500, and within three days, I made a profit of 12800 and a loss of 34000. Anurag then demanded the remaining 72000, which I refused to pay, having already suffered losses. He threatened to terminate all further calls and disregard the previously paid amount. Eventually, I had to pay 27500, leaving me with no other viable alternative.
Within 15 days, my total profit and loss (P&L) was approximately Rs. 1 lakh negative on my trading app. Anurag was incommunicado, and he was absent for five out of the 15 working days. Attached are the relevant documents requested from me.
I implore your office to investigate this matter. I kindly ask that you provide me with a resolution to this fraudulent incident.
