I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your Luxury Brand Website. The customer service has been abysmal, to say the least. I have no guarantee that the product you have sent me is genuine not is there any evidence that the product has been procured from a genuine retailer.
As stated in your earlier emails, you mentioned that the product was procured from the brand retailer in the US and that it is stuck in custom clearance, which you gave as an excuse for delay in the shipment of the order. On reading the printed invoice provided with the order, the Country of Origin of Goods mentioned is India.
I am extremely unhappy with the product and would like a refund of INR 3, 999 for the order and money back for it. Also, do provide me with a functioning telephone/mobile no. so that I can speak with a customer service personnel to address my grievance and receive an update on when the product will be collected from me and by when I will receive a refund for the same.
