I had booked an item with them post which they could not deliver the item on time so cancelled my order. Now its been almost two weeks that the refund is not getting processed. Money does not com for free.
Exchanged over 25 emails in which 3 were replied by them.
Everyday that i am writing emails to them
Need my money back

Elitify.com / Lavida Luxe Lifestyle Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We wish to inform that refund for your order has been processed back to source through which it was paid. As per the records 2000 INR was paid online via net banking and has been remitted back to same account. However, 4990 INR was paid via store credit. Hence, it has been restored.
Store Credit worth 4990 INR has been issued and resent to you. We request you to check your inbox. In case, if you are not able to locate it, we request you to check your Spam/Junk folder as well.
Please find the refund receipt attached to the email sent to your registered mail ID. .Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
