I had placed an order for "Cashmere Glow Fragrance Mist" on their website on 20th May 2017, Order number. 88965. I had paid the full total of 1, 489/- for the product online. after 7 days i wrote them a mail inquiring about the status of my product and when it will be delivered. 7 days and I am yet to receive any updates on the shipping. Kindly let I have not yet received any mails from them regarding my queries. Please note that i have already payed the full amount from my purchase but i have not yet received my product, I believe this is fraud. Unlike other online shopping websites, this particular one deals with expensive products, which i believe should be a bit more responsive to its customers. Hopefully they take the right action to send my product, if not I will be placing my complaints about their business to higher authorities. Thank you
