I have been facing the same trouble. The info email id is now apparently not working. They do not respond nor do they have a mobile number to contact them.

I have faced the same problem and have been cheated for an amount of Rs. 11, 000. We are writing an article about them to make sure everyone is warned about the company. Please let me know if you would like to participate in the online article.
If they do not respond, we plan to take it up further in the consumer court.
