May I get this opportunity to ask a copy of orders/instructions under which the initiation of a separate grade for pension of Honorary Naub Subedar will be found published as I could not get my pension of Honorary Naib Subedar for the period from January 1996 to December 2005 neither under previous rules (Pension of Havildar + Rs 45/- pension of Honorary Naib Subedar) nor under new initiated grade for pension of Honorary Naib Subedar.


Therefore I request your kind honour to forward a copy of the same to enable me to take up the case with Banking authorities for release of arrears of my pension entitled to me from January 1996 to December 2005.
