EMI Bazaar — Order not received

Refer order no680384 dt 16 dec 2014.The item has not received till date .On 21 Jan 2015 I was informed the item has depatched DDLY99291DIRECT DELIVERY But 28 Jan 2015 informed me z4183109/DTDC COURIER .Personally checked with DTDC COURIER, they also not in receipt of such item.A complaint lodged Sr 101950 dt 31Jan 2015 agian mail on4 Feb 2015, no answer agian 18 Feb 2015 Sr no 00110604 .but I have no answer .I am calling to Mr Manoj, Rakesh Bhaskar so many time but nobody give my satiisfactory answer I am mentally hararsed by company. It was my first experience that i ordered a refrigerator ...its been already 40 days that i have still not received anything...on asking customer care executive i am told that it would still take 10 more days...instead the tat written on the site is 10-15 days...holy crap! Such a worst service i have ever came across..please guys dont waste your time and money on such a site... The phones are answered by people who do not understand english. Frustrated, dissatisfied, I try to cancelled my order. Their web site is poorly maintained for consumer complaints and handling. Moreover, you cannot cancel your order online too. THESE GUYS ARE BIG CHEATS...DO not ENTER INTO THEIR TRAP

Product not Delivered. Fraud

i had ordered fitness gym set on 23rd Feb 2015 and its 6th March and still no response from this company. There is no update at all and this is making it worse.
