Eminence Immigration Consultant — Paid 96,000/- for New Zealand Visa, but service not provided for last 30 months

I have paid Rs 96, 000/- for New Zealand Visa paid service on December 2019. Till date I am chasing for the refund. Every month I am sending a mail, but they are silent. One felow, named Vanshi Krishna picked up my call earlier, but for last 2 months he also denied my phone call.
