My name is afjal karim ansari and resided at jagatdal. I have registered a samsung galaxy j 7 on emobileskart online. After registering in just 12 hours, a call came from one of the sales representatives who told me that your mobile has been approved for emi and first of all u have to transfer rs-999 + rs 1200=2200/- as registeration fee and first installment. He told me that you have to transfer the money the same day he phoned upto at 12:30 pm sharp otherwise he will not able to dispatch the mobile on the same day. Then he gave me an account name - new mobile infra, acount number-[protected], ifsc code - utib0002462 on 13/05/2016 at 9:30 am.
I have transferred rs 2200/- on this account at the same date from axis bank. Then after sometimes they told me that they have recived the amount and ask me to send documents on [protected]@emobileskart.com where i sent all the requested documents. After somedays after my follow up they are saying your application is cancelled. How??? If once they approved my mobiles on emi and asked me to transfer money they how it has been cancelled after taking the money. They are playing with the customer. After a lot of calls to emobileskart, they asked me to send your account number so that they can return the money. I have sent my account number but till now their is no response. My request is that there is a lot of this kind of fake website is there who are trying to loot the money of the innocent people. I want a proper action should be taking to this kind of website who trying to make fool to the innocent people of india.Indian government should have to come front and take a harsh and tough action towards this kind of companies.
