Dear Sir/Madam,
I applied for PF withdrawal in the month of august 2020. I visited the PF RO office personally and submitted the form 10 c and form 19 as the PF acc# KN/23876/136 is old and is not available online.
My Application was rejected stating the reason that the claim is already settled on 12/12/2003.
I went to the RO office again to check how can the account be settled while i was out of india from Aug 2002 to Aug 2010.
The person addressing the query told me that the case worker will be contacting me in a day or two but it has been two week i have not received any call.
also the various numbers mentioned on the site etc are not working at all if i have to call and check. I was asked to call[protected] or 901 and extn 202.
I am jobless for almost a year and need funds and hence trying to follow-up. can i get some help?
