Employees Provident Fund Organisation [EPFO] — PF transfer request

I have filed online PF transfer request on 13 May 2015. By 22 June got approval from both employer. But since then status is showing 'Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office'. I am not able to understand why is showing same status since six month. Kindly help me to know the status of PF transfer request and how many days it will take to transfer.
