Myself girish vohra s/o late shri mulraj vohra having p. P. O no. Hr/knl/12426, ppf no. Pb chd 5090-311, dob 25/01/1955, would like to bring to your kind notice that i have not received my pension from july2017 into my saving bank account no.[protected].
I have submitted a self attested photocopy of my adhaar card to the bank authorities.
I hope u will look into the matter & do the needful.
