Employees Provident Fund Organisation [EPFO] — transfer claim shows settled but amount not added to current pf account

My name is raj rahul singh. I had applied for pf transfer from my previous employer to current employer's pf account. I did it at least 18 months back. Now in my passbook i can see that the amount that was present in my previous employer's pf account has been withdrawn and showing settled but that amount has not been added to my current account. So where is my money? Can you please update my epf transfer status:
