Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — amount not credited in account

My name is ravi prakash and i have submitted pf form in 1st week of july'17 in pf office rohtak haryana. Money transffered from office on 24th of july via neft but not credited in account. Costumer care officers of pf office are saying money has been transffered and bank officers are saying we have not recieved any amount yet.
