Dear sir my name is dasari srinu. My uan number is[protected].
In my uan data base my date of birth is 12-apr-1976 but as my kyc documents (I. E., aadhar, pan, birth certificate) data base my date of birth is 11-jun-1973. I put a request in uan portal through basic details modify but several times i will send that documents by courier pf people rejected the request. Requst ids are mentioned below.

So i again putted a request through updated uan portal via upload a document. Pl accept my request as early as possible.
