I had applied for advance withdrawl of rs 50000 on 23 nov 2018 through online. On 4th dec 18 when i checked the statusn online it showed settled and the amount was deducted in my passbook as claim as per para. However even afterv 15 days when the amount was not credited to me bank account i checked my kyc stated which was incorrectly updated with 17 digit bank account instead of 16 digits. I raise online greviance on 23 dec 2018 vide greviance number sromr/e/2018/01428and the same was closed on 26 dec 2018 stating amount is settled vide cheque number 919253. Ask the bak to issue recredit confirmation. I approacjhed my bank with this cheque number and the informed they need neft details they cannot locate or issue the recredit letter with number provided by pf office. Same day i approached pf office cash transaction dept and they confirmed the neft has been returned back for the reason "want of 16 digit bank account number. Agter 10 jan 2019 amount will be reversed back to my account and i can apply online again,
I raised the greviance again on 11 jan 2019 vide sromr/e/2019/00011
As the amount was not yet credited to my account. Again the queryb was closed statement once staement was received we will credit your account. But that did not happen and i had to raise a query again on 19 jan 19 vide refernce number sromr/e/2019/70113. The same is closed today stating this office did not recive any recredit letter from bank. Once received the amount will be reversed.
As indicated earlier without neft details my bank wont be able to provide recredit letter.
Please help me out in gettingb my amount credited. As per my knowledge each bank provide bank statement every month which includes neft return entries also. When your department has confirmed neft is rejected i dont understand what the issue. Else provide me neft details to share withnmy banker. I have return many email yo ro. [protected]@epfindia.gov.in but no reply till date.
