Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — claim is under process for long time - need money for medical emergency

My uan no is[protected]. I have a medical emergency (Planning eye surgery for mom) and in need of money urgently. So raised a withdrawal request in epfo site thinking that it will be processed in 5 days time. But it is still in under process status. I heard that pf withdrawl process is made easy and the amount can be withdrawn in 1 or 2 days. It will be really helpful if it can be done asap
