I have raised the online claim (Form31) on 3rd sep 2019, but till now it is under process, i have raised the complaint through grievance portal even though i didn't get any response from your side.
Grievance number: baniv/e/2019/09442
I tried to contact help desk number and its even not connected.
I have sent an email mentioned under my grievance request, even though i don't get any response from that email.
I have raised the claim for medical purpose and no option to contact to epfo.
I have tried all options get response from your side, but nobody answers and nobody cares about it.
It's been a 4 weeks from the date of claim raised, no resolution yet and no response to my grievance.
