Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — Claim of form 10 c has been rejected by EPFO however amount was deducted from PF account

I have sent Form 19 and 10C to the registered PF office in Shimla for amount withdrawal as per Grievance Registration Number: ROHIM/E/2022/00646. Amount of Employee share: RS 82, 747 & Employer share RS 58, 094 were withdrawn on[protected] against para 69 (2) as per PF Account passbook HPSML[protected]. However I got message from EPFO “your claim form 10 c has been rejected by EPFO on[protected]. No any reason found on mentioned link.
