Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — claim settled but money not received

I had submitted an online claim for my pf on 5/3/2019. Claim status showed "settled on 15/3/2019 and money transferred through neft". It is 29/3/2019 today and i still haven't got my money in my account. Epf grievance submitted multiple times. Contacted them on facebook by commenting on a wall post. And after 5 days, the response i got was "your money will be credited shortly". Its been 4 days now. Even money order would have reached sooner.
