I t. Surendranath working for bsnl got transfer to other wing as i am a member of epf, i requested through online by submitting form-13 transfer of my epf a/c:gr/cdp/0039077/000/014, but due to mismatch of my date of birth in form-9 my transfer claim was rejected. After that i submitted my date of birth proof (10th marks memo) through my employer along with my representation, after this my claim was transferred to my new epf office at hyderabad after changing my date of birth in form-9 as 22 — 03-1974 i got annexure-k from epf office kadapa with changed date of birth.
At preset to map my new epf a/c to my uan, again it is showing mismatch of date of birth in form-11 and in my passbook, same was represented many times by phone, and raised the online complaints to above mentioned website along with the scanned copies, already while correcting my dob in form-9 my employer also certified to change
At present the responce received from epfo kadapa as follows
1. This is with reference to your grievance registered vide registration number srokp/e/2016/00276.
It is informed that after processing your grievance, the following action (S) has been taken:
It is informed that, the member representation, 10th class marks list and employer representation were not available with concerned dealing assistant. Therefore you are requested to kindly send another copy of the above said documents. On receipt of the same this office will rectify the date of birth. The inconvenience caused will be highly regretted.
Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office. Please quote the same in your future correspondence.
2. This is with reference to your grievance registered vide registration number srokp/e/2016/00294.
It is informed that after processing your grievance, the following action (S) has been taken:
It is informed that, you are advised to submit joint representation of both employer and member along with attested documentary evidence and reason for furnishing of wrong date of birth. For taking further correspondence you are advised to mention the uan number.
But in above grievances uan is available, with out uan, it is not possible to register the complaint in the above website.In addition to this my kyc details consists of aadar card issued by the govt. Of india and approved by my previous employer is also available in epfo for ready reference. And along with the 2nd complaint i sent my scanned copy of my 10th marks memo once again as intimated in response no:1.
In view of above information epfo authorities intentionally make to suffer the epf members for silly reasons and causing more than one year delay to transfer my account with correct details
