Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — delay on claim settlement

Dear sir,

I have applied online epf/eps withdrawal on 30th jul'2019 but still my claim is showing under process.

According to cpfc, claim will be settled within a week. What's the benefits of online claim filling if epfo are still taking one month timing for settleing the claim.

In my experience gurgaon office is very worst office in all over india.

I have left the job in may'2019 and i don't have any money backup for day to day expenses.

I am requesting to central ministry to take necessary action against gurgaon epfo office. It's not single my problem lots of people facing problems only on gurgaon office.
