Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — E-Signing for E-Nomination is not working.

I've added the nominee on the epf portal. I've generated the virtual ID for the e-signing process. However, when I proceed to e-sign, I get the error below:
encountered an unexpected error.

Because of this e-signing issue, I'm not able to completed the e-nomination process. Please assist on how we could proceed with this.
