I have submitted my epf withdraw on 14-feb-2019 online form my uan.
But still it showing under process, i did many calls and messenger, grievance and twits but no reply.

Please find thane mumbai :pf member claim request :rotha/e/2019/72745

Claim form-19 (Epf final settlement) (Resign) claim id-ththa[protected] received on this-15-feb-19 and is under process.

Please take this as priority as i have medical emergency.

This issue is still open no communication happen from EPFO. kindly re-opon this issue. resolved means what they did any reason to mark as resolved?
