Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — epfo seeking unnecessary documents

I had requested for the “provident fund account balance certificate” from epfo chandigarh on 24th jan'19 by sending an email on ro. [protected]@epfindia.gov.in & [protected]@epfindia.gov.in

After few days i got a reply that "you are advised to submit form 10c in r/o pb/chd/29375/475 for issuing of scheme certificate along with date of birth proof of yourself & family members duly attested by the authorized signatory of the establishment".

On asking - why the date of birth proofs are required of all my family members, that too post an attestation from my company. I have received no response from above mentioned email ids.

I had sent several reminders also, but the same were also ignored.

This certificate is required urgently to show "proof of funds" for my immigration purpose.

Kindly help and take the officer concerned to task.
