I called EPFO customer care on [protected] to find out why I was still accessing my passbook after activating my UAN as suggested by the same lady. I called her up and apparently it takes 4 days to get activated. Instead of saying the same she started yelling that I don't know anything. How was I supposed to know how long it takes. It was no where mentioned. I politely asked her for a link where I can check and guess her answer to that, Google it. Then why the hell are you even there. Don't feel like you are doing me a favor its you damn job. and let me tell you, you are very bad at it. I wonder how many people have faced this problem. People will find it impossible to interact with her and get any work done. Extremely unprofessional and uninformed.
